I was about the drop DOMER but there's no enough spaces to fit those letters. So my hand goes whatever flow that came across my mind knahmean? *haha* But the sparkling shit just ruined my entire piece.

Nightmare on wall

Freestyling on the letter, I was just practicing on the skull. It's not easy to draw a skull and it's even harder to paint. Skull was taken from A7X latest album cover Nightmare. Yet the result is not even close to that somehow it was the best blend I've ever done so far. Anyway thanks to Aleph for printing it on paper, it's easier for me to scale it on the wall.

The rain dropped heavily right after I've done my piece. I hate being stuck inside. It was a perfect weather but at the wrong timing.

Now can you tell how heavy the rain was?

Fat loss motivation

Ya know it's hard for me to control my food but I'm still trying. Maybe I should not be too sloppy and don't too strict bout what I eat. I only will work harder in gym when I know that I've put on weight. *haha* Fat loss motivation.

Let's fat together and diet together mofo! If I could be the devil then you could be sinner! *LOL*

First thing first, Selamat Hari Raya to all everyone. It's so easy to put on weight in just few days that I've loss after few weeks  months of working out and diet. My mindset for this holiday was just eat, chill and sleep. Too bad that there's no rendang, ketupat or any raya food during this festival, just those picture above. Not including my mom's scrumptious dishes.

And this week's gonna end soon. Holiday's over, it's time to hit the gym for some intensive work out, strict diet and save money....  I'm gonna pamper myself with weightlifting, jogging etc besides food. *LOL*
